Unhyped is a terroir sommelier. We map the geology, slope, sun and soil under vineyards across 23 wine regions and score every wine on the land it grows on — not on ratings, crowds, or marketing. Scan a bottle or a wine list, ask the sommelier by voice or text, and get recommendations backed by the physical evidence under the vines.

Common questions

• Do I need an account? No — browsing, scanning and asking the sommelier work without one. An account adds saved wines, your taste profile and your wine journey.
• How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
• Is my voice recorded? No. Speech is transcribed on your device by Apple's speech recognition; audio never leaves your phone.
• Are scan photos kept? No. A scan photo is used only to read the wines in it and is not stored.
